How to go there:
By plane e.g. from London to Helsinki International Airport 2 or 2.5 hrs flight time, then continue by car (about 300 km) or take another plane to Savonlinna Airport. From Savonlinna to the property is only a 40 km distance.
By boat via the Baltic Sea to Turku or Helsinki.
By car via Denmark - Sweden, then ferry boat to Helsinki.
